To return a product, just send us an email (Just reply to your order confirmation email if you have it.) or give us a call within 30 days of purchase, you may return any non-clearance, non custom item and choose between an exchange, refund to your credit card less shipping and a 15% restock fee or a store credit for 100% of the purchase price less shipping. Prior authorization required prior to any return. You will be sent a form either via email or fax with an RGA or RAN number.
Once a RGA/RAN has been issued, product must be received by us within 2 weeks of the date of issue or it will be void.
Merchandise must be in new unused condition to qualify for either credit or exchange.
Electronics items must still be in factory sealed packaging to qualify. If the seal is broken, we can not accept it for return.
Custom orders including logo orders are non returnable.
We all make mistakes. If we send you the wrong item or if the item is damaged in shipment, just let us know and we'll fix the problem right away at no additional cost to you.
Please note: If you are purchasing products for resale, please do not buy more than you can sell with the intention of returning what you don't sell. You can always order more and get them quickly. We would rather see you order less and be profitable with what you order than have to return items and incur additional shipping costs and restocking fees.
