Warranty & Repair Procedure
To take advantage of Pelican’s Legendary Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee of Excellence for a warranty and repair issue, please proceed in the following manor: 1.) End-User/Customer should call Pelican at (800) 473-5422 and ask for the Warranty & Repair department to request a Return Authorization Number (RGA #)
2.) Customer should then send all items* for repair of replacement directly to Pelican Products Customer Service Department (Postage Paid) to the address below with the RGA # on the outside of the box and with a copy of the RGA & customer contact information (i.e. return ship to address, contact name & contact phone number) on the inside of the box with the items sent back.

3.) Upon receipt of the goods, Pelican Products will notify the customer of any handling and return postage charges.
4.) If a product has been discontinue or if a replacement part is not available, the item will be replaced with a current Pelican item which most closely matches the item sent in.
*It’s recommended that any non-rechargeable batteries be taken out of the light as Pelican may not send non-rechargeable batteries back with the returned item.
