If a package is returned to us due to a missing apartment, suite or room number, we will contact you with a couple options. We will need your credit card number for both. IndustrialSavings can ship the package again and charge your card for the additional shipping or you may elect to just get a credit back to your card less shipping. Please understand that this is to help keep costs down for everyone. UPS does charge us for shipping even it gets returned to sender.
